This spacious villa is arranged over 3 floors with private roof terrace at the top and balconies from all the bedrooms. The property will sleep up-to 10 people it has 4 bedrooms (3 up/ 1 down). All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom and an en-suite to the master bedroom, there is also a downstairs wc with shower.  There is a spacious dinning area leading to a fully fitted kitchen. The living room and the dinning area both open on to a spacious patio over looking the landscaped garden with lawn and fruit trees. The villa has air-conditioning in all the rooms which is provided free of charge.

Change over days are flexible to suit a 10 day holiday for example, so the prices can be daily rates. All rates & booking acceptance are at owners discretion. The Villa is furnished to a high standard with new furniture shipped from Italy. More details of all the furniture and equipment available on request. Linen and towels will be provided and changed weekly, please bring your own beach towels. A meet and greet service is provided by our professional management agent who will provide you with all the information required to make your holiday a very exciting one. There will be a complete weekly clean. On arrival a complimentary 'Food Pack' is provided to start your holiday. If you would require anything else then please let us know.

 

Town Details: Agia Napa, the tourist paradise of Cyprus, with its lovely golden beaches, clear sea waters, wonderful dreamy nights and its pleasant and warm-hearted inhabitants has maintained a simplicity of life which is in full accord with the historic traditions of Cyprus. Geographically, Agia Napa is situated near Cape Greco, just south of Famagousta, and forms part of a larger area known by the name of Kokkinochorgia (a name derived from the red colour of its soil). Before it developed into a cosmopolitan tourist center, Agia Napa was a purely agricultural village. Today, despite its enormous development, its people still find time to engage in their old occupations, namely farming and fishing.

Directions:
From the airport, follow the signs to Ayia Napa, carry on until you reach the Ayia Napa police station, turn left towards the turning of Kokkinos. Go up the hill and 4th right to the villa.

 

Agent can do airport pick up and take clients to the villa and hand over the key or meet the clients at the police station and let the clients in the villa.
