The villa is located in the village of Oroklini which is on the east side of Larnaca, approximately 20 minutes drive from Larnaca International Airport and 10 minutes to Larnaca town.  Oroklini is easy to drive to as it is just off the main A3 highway. The village is 3km from the nearest beaches, which are sandy and the sea is shallow and safe and is surrounded by a partial sea wall.  The beach at Oroklini has been awarded a blue flag.

The villa is a large 4 bedroomed, Fully airconditioned, luxury detached property with a private heated swimming pool, large patio area and a stone built barbecue.  You enter the villa to a entrance hall with a downstairs bathroom.  There is a large well equipped modern kitchen diner which has all appliances electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven and all leather corner settee and coffee table.  There are large patio doors leading to the garden furniture area for alfresco dining.  The kitchen  diner and patio area provide ample living space for guests to relax and live in, however if you wish to have your own space there  is a large sitting room through the hallway which is furnished with leather suites and overlooks the swimming pool.

The 4 bedrooms will accommodate 8/9 persons.  The large master bedroom is a double bed with en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms include another double bed a double with twin beds and a double room which has bunk beds and a bed settee.  On the landing between the bedrooms is a spacious family bathroom.

As the owners regularly holiday here themselves the villa has been furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard and will provide  luxury holiday base to relax in the sum and explore the many sights and attractions of Cyprus.
