We are struggling to keep up with the demand for villas, particularly for certain weeks next year. We, at Cyprusholidayvillas4u.com  propose to act as your non-exclusive Booking Agent where we take the concerns of the marketing and booking process away from you and handle all the bookings through us from the initial approach by the customer to the completion of their stay and the refund of their security deposit.  We then pay the cleared rental funds to the accommodation owner (minus our commission). If we do not achieve any bookings there is nothing to pay us for our efforts.
